How we research program data

Program information comes from official affiliate pages, partner network listings, publicly documented terms, and direct brand communications. Each field is tagged with a source confidence level — official (confirmed against the brand's own partner page), public (sourced from third-party directories or reviews), or unconfirmed (not yet verified). Pages display this confidence level so you can decide how much to rely on the data before making publishing decisions.

How we verify and update

Commission rates, cookie durations, payout thresholds, and program availability can change without notice. We re-verify program data through automated link checks and periodic reviews. Each program detail page shows when the data was last verified. If a program's verification is older than 90 days, we flag it so you know to double-check the official page.

Programs marked discontinued, paused, or flagged have been identified as unavailable or having link issues. We do not remove these pages — we flag them transparently so you can verify the status yourself.

Affiliate disclosure

AffiliPilot may earn a commission when a visitor clicks an affiliate link on our program or comparison pages and completes a qualifying action. This does not affect the programs we list, the verification status we display, or the editorial assessment we provide. We list programs based on data availability and publisher relevance, not on which programs pay us. Every page containing affiliate links includes a disclosure statement.

Corrections and updates

If you find incorrect commission data, an outdated cookie window, or a program that has changed terms, contact us with the program name and the field that needs review. Include a link to the official program page when possible so we can verify and update the record. We update verified data within 2 business days of confirmation.

What AffiliPilot does not do
